Do I have to be a Subscriber to submit a review?

No, you do not have to be a Subscriber to submit a review.  However, you have to be a Subscriber to read reviews of non-advertising wedding vendors.

How do I cancel my Bride account?

With bride accounts there is no “canceling”.  Paid subscriptions are only a one-time fee and the account expires one year from the original subscription date. Non-paid members are only active until their expiration date.  We do not sell the names of our brides and we only share your information with our Preferred Vendors if you opted in for us to do so at registration.

If you no longer wish to be contacted by wedding professionals,  then you can just login to your account and click on Edit Wedding Professional Needs.

If you are no longer engaged, simply email us by using the Contact Form on the Web site and ask us to remove your account.

How do I log in to my account?

From any page on the Web site, click on the Login link in the top right hand corner.

How do I submit a review of a wedding vendor?

To submit a review of one of our Preferred Professionals, find their profile page and click on the “Rate and Review This Vendor” link at the bottom of the page.

 

If the vendor is not one of our Preferred Professionals, click on the Planning Tips link in the top navigation of the site, then look in the left column of links under “Additional Planning Features” and click on the link that says “Rate and Review Your Wedding Vendors”.

How do I unsubscribe from your mailing list?

If you no longer wish to receive our bride newsletter, simply click on the Unsubscribe link in the next newsletter.
